About this Cocktail

Originally this drink started life as a cocktail I created for our NHS nurses and was one that was winter warming and very drinkable, but now summer is upon us, I have adapted it to a cobbler; albeit one suited for a British summer time.

Ingredients:
  • 50ml 10 year old vintage port
  • 22.5ml Beateater 24 Gin
  • 12.5ml Monin Framboise
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 3 orange slices
  • 15 mint leaves
  • 5 raspberries
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 twists of black pepper
Preparation:

Throw all of your ingredients into a Boston glass and shake vigorously. Pour into a long glass, cap with crushed ice and garnish with: mint sprig, raspberry and lemon slice
