Despite the pejorative name, this is a lovely non-alcoholic drink I like to offer the non-drinkers, knocked up ladies and other sorts of straight arrows in my life.
Simple syrup cooked w/ ginger & rhubarb
A citrus wedge of your choosing
I make the syrup w/ sliced ginger and rhubarb and let it sit and steep after the sugar is absorbed into the liquid.
After it cools you can bottle it or mix it with sparkling water. The ratios can be done to taste.
