About this Cocktail
A drink I created for my bars Whisky Wednesday Menu.
35ml Glenfiddich 12yr
25ml Lemon juice
20ml Pomona cider brandy
20ml chai tea syrup
25ml cloudy apple juice
50ml Umbrella brewing alcoholic ginger beer
Shake & strain, top with Ginger beer and crushed ice crown. Garnish with a burnt dehydrated apple slice and cherry!
