About this Cocktail

A drink I created for my bars Whisky Wednesday Menu.

Ingredients:
  • 35ml Glenfiddich 12yr
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Pomona cider brandy
  • 20ml chai tea syrup
  • 25ml cloudy apple juice
  • 50ml Umbrella brewing alcoholic ginger beer
Preparation:

Shake & strain, top with Ginger beer and crushed ice crown. Garnish with a burnt dehydrated apple slice and cherry!
