About this Cocktail

From the PDT Cocktail Book, I used Tempus Fugit's crème de cacao, ArteNOM selecciones 1580 tequila, and St George's absinthe. This created an aroma strongly resembling baby powder, strangely. I'd recommend using a different absinthe. Overall, I love this cocktail--likely because I also love the 20th Century cocktail, which this cocktail is based on.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • .75 oz crème de cacao
  • .75 oz lemon, the juice of
  • Absinthe, to rinse
Preparation:

Shake and strain into an absinthe-rinsed cocktail glass.

Dammit who gave you that board. Also this sounds good and I look forward to trying it.
