About this Cocktail
Chamomile, Apple Cider, Orgeat, Citrus, and Celery combine to make a very pleasant winter Daiquiri. Original cocktail by Mike Di Tota.
2oz Chamomile Tea-Infused Rum
1oz Apple Cider
1/2oz Orgeat (Housemade)
1/2oz Winter Syrup
Dash of Salt
1 Dash Celery Bitters (Housemade)
1 Dash Grapefruit Bitters (Housemade )
Garnish- Celery Leaves
Add all ingredients to mixing can, shake, double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with Celery Leaves.
Chamomile Tea-Infused Rum: Steep 3 Chamomile Tea bags in 1 bottle of White Rum for 3 days. Strain and bottle.
Winter Syrup- Add Clove, Cinnamon Sticks, and Star Anise to warmed Simple Syrup. Let steep for an hour .
