About this Cocktail

I made this cocktail for our new menu
To give a fancy touch by using my favourite rum
Zacapa

Ingredients:
  • 50ml Rum Zacapa 23
  • Jasmin tea ( loose leaf tea )
  • 25ml Grand Marnier
  • 25ml Lychee purée
  • 35ml Mango juice
  • Honey & lemon
Preparation:

Infuse the Jasmin tea in The rum using " Bain Marie " on the side
1 bar spoon of honey and a half lemon juice, stirred to dissolve the honey
Add the lychee purée mango juice and grand Marnier
The rum is ready pour in the shaker ( double strainer ) and shake
