A sneak preview of the soon-to-go-to-the-printers new menu for @hidebarlondon. This is the creation of @ginfacelondon our amazing bar manager and, while this is my half baked home version, it is absolutely delicious. Essentially a grown up margarita. (NB the proper version of this calls for Boston Bittahs but I don't have any so I would imagine much to the pleasure of Mr Elmegirab I have substituted one of his fine bitters)
25ml Tapatio blanco tequila
25ml Yellow Chartreuse
15ml lime juice
7-10ml sugar syrup (depending on the tartness of your lime)
2 dashes Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
Shake hard and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
