Cranberries, Orange Marmalade and Peychaud's make this a lovely winter sipper. Cheers!
2oz Cranberry-Infused Gin
1 barspoon Orange Marmalade
1/2oz Egg White
1/2 Lemon Juice
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing can, dry shake for 10-15 sec. Add ice and shake, again. Strain into a chilled coupe.
Cranberry-Infused Gin: Add 12oz of Fresh Cranberries and 1 cup of Sugar to a sauce pan, cook on medium heat (to not burn the sugar). Stir until Sugar dissolves but Cranberries are still semi-hard. Let cool. Combine ingredients w/ 1 bottle of gin, and let sit for a week. Strain and bottle.
