concocted by Steven at Copper Common in Salt Lake City
1 oz Smith and Cross Jamaican Rum
1/2 oz Wray and Nephew white rum
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lime Juice
3/4 oz black pepper infused simple syrup
1 dropper pink peppercorn cocktail spice
1/2 dropper Buckspice ginger bitters
1/2 oz pickle brine
Shake over ice, strain. Served in a snifter. No garnish.
