About this Cocktail

concocted by Steven at Copper Common in Salt Lake City

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Smith and Cross Jamaican Rum
  • 1/2 oz Wray and Nephew white rum
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz black pepper infused simple syrup
  • 1 dropper pink peppercorn cocktail spice
  • 1/2 dropper Buckspice ginger bitters
  • 1/2 oz pickle brine
Preparation:

Shake over ice, strain. Served in a snifter. No garnish.
