About this Cocktail

BBL round 6 drink (pirate theme); won me a 2nd place and the sponsor prize in the form of Appleton Estate's 21 year

Ingredients:
  • 65ml Appleton Estate 8 year rum
  • 25ml Violet syrup
  • 70ml Homemade pineapple puree
  • 4 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
  • 15ml Lime juice
  • Crushed ice
  • Top up with homemade Spicy Ginger soda
  • Garnish - pineapple leaves, violet flower, lime, mint, Thai chilies
  • Atomise with Aloe Vera juice
Preparation:

Shake and strain into a ceramic pirate barrel
Top up with spicy ginger soda
Extravagant garnish
