About this Cocktail
Based on Dave Wondrich's technique and the horrid "Frozen Daiquiris" of New Orleans
1 1/2 ounces absinthe
1/2 ounce anisette
1/2 tbl sugar
1 ounce water
Electric blend, then add 5 ice cubes and process until smooth. Add additional ice to achieve desired thickness if need be.
