About this Cocktail

A smoky take on the classic.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz mezcal
  • 1 oz tequila
  • 2/3 oz simple
  • 1 dash absinthe
  • 1 fistful fresh mint
Preparation:

In a Julep cup, gently bruise 6-8 mint leaves with the simple syrup. Add tequila, mezcal and absinthe. Fill with crushed ice and stir until cup frosts. Top up with more crushed ice and decorate with a ridiculously large bouquet of mint.
