About this Cocktail

A smoky take on the classic.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz tequila blanco
  • 1 oz mezcal joven
  • 2/3 oz simple syrup
  • 1 fistful fresh mint
  • 1 dash absinthe
Preparation:

In a Julep cup, gently bruise 6-8 mint leaves with the simple syrup. Add tequila, mezcal and absinthe. Fill with crushed ice and stir until the cup frosts. Top up with more crushed ice and decorate generously with mint.
