1 1/2 oz anejo rum
3/4 oz lime juice (fresh)
1 oz honey syrup
1 - 2 oz of Prosecco
Rum, lime, syrup and ice in shaker. Strain into chilled glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a mint leaf.
