About this Cocktail

I created this cocktail for our very first ever menu at Choo Choo's bar in Perth Australia. I wanted to keep the base as simple as possible in order to balance out the rather dramatic garnish. We've survived almost a year without a menu and concentrate mostly on classics. The menu is purely a thing for us now to show our patrons what we are capable of.

Ingredients:
  • 30ml Elijah Craig 12yr old
  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Antica Formula
  • 20ml Fresh Orange Juice
  • Salted Caramel Foam
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients except for foam. Double strain into goblet and top with salted caramel foam. Garnish with an orange twist. Enjoy!
