For fans of sours, this variation is similar to another recipe where I've used Strega liqueur, but I split the proportion with Dolin Genepy des Alpes and cut out the syrup. 1.5 oz St. George Botanivore Gin
1/2 oz Strega Liqueur
1/2 oz Dolin Genepy des Alpes
3/4 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
3 drops Angostura bitters
Combine ingredients except bitters in a cocktail shaker, dry shake for 15 seconds. Add ice, shake again for 15 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass, add bitters for garnish.
