About this Cocktail

A spin on a spin - created after a delicious visit to Comstock Saloon in SF where Jonny Raglin made us a spin on a pisco sour

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Capurro Pisco
  • 1 oz Barrows Intense Ginger Liqueur
  • 1 oz Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz egg white
  • 2 drops of Amargo Chuncho (bitters)
Preparation:

Add all ingredients except bitters to shaker and dry shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a cocktail or pisco sour glass. Top with 2 drops of Amargo Chuncho (sub angostura). Serve.
