About this Cocktail
I first had one at a rum bar in LA (can't recall the name) but I've been digging on it ever since. So happy to try making my own. The recipe is from Brad Thomas Parsons' book, Bitters.
1 oz Angostura
1 oz Fresh lime juice
1/4 oz Simple syrup
1/4 oz Grenadine
1/2 oz Cream
1 Egg white
Dry shake all ingredients (minus the seltzer), then shake with ice. Double strain into a glass and top off with seltzer. Yum!
