About this Cocktail
A spin on a French 75 implementing a fig infused gin made by soaking dried mission figs in gin and left in a windowsill for a few weeks.
1.5 oz Fig Infused Gin
.5 oz Lemon
.5 oz Bay Leaf Syrup
.25 oz Tawny Port
3 dash Angostura Bitters
1 dash Cinnamon Tincture
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin filled with ice. Shake like hell. Top up with champagne and garnish with a fresh bay leaf.
