I created this drink at Refuel Bar in Soho Hotel, as we have nice jug of gin infused cinnamon and cloves in the middle of the bar, and nobody has really used it since I started here. And I found there my new challenge.
Literally a twist on the Martinez but taste very different.
Sweet, Powerful, Smooth.
50 ml Gin Infused cinnamon and Cloves (Tanqueray 10 will be nice)
30 ml of Antica Formula
30 ml of cranberry Juice
3 coffee beans
3 cherries soaked into Maraschino liquor
2 dashes Peychauds
Muddle the coffee beans and cherries (add some extra juice of the cherries to help muddling) make sure you crackle well the beans to get the coffee flavors.
Add the rest, and stir for about 10 seconds, then double strain and serve in a coupette.
Garnish with an orange peel.
