Created by Bobby Heugel at Anvil in Houston, TX and featured in the book "The Art of the Shim" by Dinah Sanders. This is a very nice low-alcohol cocktail.
2.0 oz Aperol
0.75 oz St. Germain
0.75 oz Lime juice
Rosemary for garnish
2 drops of Peach bitters (optional)
Add all liquid ingredients to shaker tin, ice, shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of Fresh Rosemary. I like to add 2 drops of Peach bitters to this to balance it out a little more, but that wasn't part of the original recipe. Cheers!
