About this Cocktail

Original Cocktail (Dennis Schafer/Jim Parker)
Oyster Bar at Bayou on Bay

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Spice Infused Lairds Bonded Apple Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Hard Cider
Preparation:

Shake all ingredients together and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with caramel drizzle and grated cinnamon.

To make the Spiced Brandy, place 3 cinnamon sticks, 1 allspice berry and 2 whole cloves into 1 750ml bottle of Apple Brandy and infuse for 2 weeks.
