Oyster Bar at Bayou on Bay
1 1/2 oz Spice Infused Lairds Bonded Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 oz Hard Cider
Shake all ingredients together and strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with caramel drizzle and grated cinnamon.
To make the Spiced Brandy, place 3 cinnamon sticks, 1 allspice berry and 2 whole cloves into 1 750ml bottle of Apple Brandy and infuse for 2 weeks.
