First, heat cider in a saucepan over medium-high heat with a quarter of an orange (peel on), a cinnamon stick, a few allspice berries, and a few whole cloves. Pour bourbon into a mug. When cider is hot, strain, and pour into the mug. Top with a dash of orange bitters and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
