My spring twist on the French 75!
Bar spoon of apricot preserves
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz Nolet's gin
In a cocktail shaker combine apricot preserves lemon juice simple syrup and Nolets gin. Shake with kold draft cubes. Strain into champagne flute. Top with champagne. Raspberry garnish. Enjoy!
