Apricot Sour

About this Cocktail

I wanted to use all my apricot spirits/liqueurs, so I made this sour. The depth of apricot flavors is really great, and is really enhanced by a real crème de noyau made from apricot pits.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz apricot brandy
  • .5 oz apricot liqueur
  • .5 oz créme de noyau
  • .75 oz lemon, the juice of
Preparation:

Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
