1.5 oz Weller Bourbon
0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
0.5 oz Cocchi Americano
0.5 oz Cocchi di Torino
2 dashes Celery Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir vigorously. Strain with a julep strainer into a stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish by flaming an orange peel over
the surface of the drink, then discard.
