About this Cocktail

My first cocktail to make it onto the Whistler menu. A simple but effective drink. Read more at: http://whistlerchicago.tumblr.com/post/23682173838

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Rittenhouse Bonded Rye Whiskey
  • .75 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
  • .5 oz Cynar
  • Cucumber garnish
Preparation:

Stir. Strain into a rocks glass. Served up. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.

    Well done Billy. As Brandon mentioned above, it is a great trio platter of ingredients but I really like your ratio. I would have instinctively reversed the Cynar and CA, but I think you got the upper hand.
