About this Cocktail
I found a unopened bottle of mulled white wine flavoured with yuzu and ginger (Blossa '12) and decided to make something up.
1 1/2 pt gin
1 pt mulled wine with yuzu and ginger
1 pt lemon juice
3/4 pt honey simple syrup
2 cm ginger (thickness of a thumb)
Muddle the ginger with honey and lemon in a shaker. Add the rest and shake with ice. Double strain in to your glass of choice with or without ice. Express lemon oil from peel and garnish.
