About this Cocktail
A kind of bramble inspired cobbler, using blackberry jam from local suppliers Jenny & Stephen Devereux of Staarvey Farm, Isle of Man.
35ml Tanqueray 43.1
15ml Lillet Blanc
20ml lemon juice
1 bar spoon blackberry jam
5ml sugar syrup
Shake all ingredients & single strain into a jam jar over crushed.
Garnish with a fresh blackberry & lemon wedge.
