About this Cocktail
My own variation on a Dawn Chorus (also created in Glasgow) went down very well with my guests last night.
1oz Black Bottle Scotch
1oz Gabriel Boudier Liqueur de poire Williams
1/2oz pear shrub
Dash of Dr Adam Elmgirab's teapot bitters
Slice of dried pear to garnish
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with plenty of ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with a slice of dried pear (or Apple).
