This is one of the cocktails on our Falling Leaves Cocktail Menu at The Rusty Horse Tavern in Parkville, MO. Made with Bulliet Rye 95, Baked Apple Syrup and House made Walnut Bitters.
1.5 oz Bulliet Rye 95
.5 oz Baked Apple Syrup
6 drops Walnut Bitters
Baked Apple Syrup and bitters in an Old Fashioned glass, stir
Stir well and add 1 large ice cube
Garnish with a thin apple slice
Baked Apple Syrup
3 large Pink Lady apples cored and stuffed with brown sugar
Bake at 325 until very soft
Pour all juices and apples into a blender Purée and strain through a fine colander pressing as much juice as possible.
