About this Cocktail

bright, sweet and spicy drink with a fun infusion.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. pineapple-infused bourbon
  • .5 oz. Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
  • .5 oz. lime juice
  • .25 oz. Luxardo Maraschino
Preparation:

Combine ingredients and shake over ice. Serve on the rocks. Garnish with a lemon twist.

INFUSION:
-1.5 cups of fresh pineapple for every .5L bourbon
-Pinch of pumpkin pie spice (to taste)
-Combine in a bottle and let sit for 24-48 hours, rotating occasionally to mix the ingredients
-Strain through cheesecloth into a clean bottle, and keep refrigerated
