Someone was talking dessert earlier today, and it got me thinking: how great would a Bananas Foster martini be? So I looked online for one, and I couldn't find one with rum in it? Gotta have rum! So I started from scratch with what I had in the liquor cabinet and this is what we came up with.
2oz vanilla vodka
1oz creme de banane liqueur
0.75oz dark rum
0.25oz salted caramel vodka
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled three-quarters with ice. Shake well for 15 seconds and strain into martini glass. Sprinkle gently with cocoa powder, and garnish with frozen round of sliced banana.
