About this Cocktail
I had this at Zero Zero in San Francisco, and I recreated it at home by making my own ginger beer and blueberry syrup. The ingredients and preparation were a guess from watching the bartenders.
1 oz. vodka
A handful of fresh blueberries
A basil and/or mint leaf
Blueberry syrup (1/2 oz or to taste)
Bundaberg ginger beer + a splash of soda or homemade ginger beer
Squeeze of lime
Muddle blueberries and basil/mint in a cocktail shaker, then add vodka, ice, lime, and syrup and shake to combine. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top off with ginger beer.
