batched and aged at Small Batch Whiskey & Fare in Saint Louis, MO.

Ingredients:
  • 1.75 George Dickel Rye
  • .25 Maison Surrenne cognac
  • .25 Demerara simple
  • 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • House made anisette spray
Preparation:

Stir aged batch with large ice and strain into glass sprayed with anisette. Garnish with lemon twist and enjoy
