Barrel Aged Veux Carre

About this Cocktail

Took my cocktail and aged in a barrel of Ryemaggedon by Corsair. Changed the Cognac to a Blanche Armangac. Then changed the Rye to Oyo Unaged Rye. Otherwise it's still a Veux Carre. Proudly served at Watermark.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 Delord Blanche Armangac
  • 3/4 Oyo Unaged Rye
  • 3/4 Carpano Sweet Vermouth
  • 1/4 Benedictine
  • 2 dashes Peychauds
  • 2 dashes Angostura
Preparation:

Multiply by 85 and pour into a sealed barrel. Be sure to fill barrel with water for a week before to expand the wood so nothing leaks. Then removed water, dummy. Wait for 3 months then enjoy the best drink I've ever made.
