About this Cocktail
One of the signature cocktails invented by Mike Manjon for Brannon's, a bar/restaurant at 119 Essex St in NYC.
It's a variation on the old Bennett cocktail.
2 oz Martin Miller Gin
3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
3/4 oz House made Basil Syrup
3 dashes Bitterman's Celery Shrub Bitters
1 Basil Leaf
Combine gin, juice, syrup and bitters. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with basil leaf torn into small pieces.
