About this Cocktail

Adapted from the Ultimate Bar Book by Mittie Hellmich to suit my tastes

Ingredients:
  • 3/4oz cognac
  • 3oz white wine. (I used a sauv blanc)
  • Club soda
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Lemon peel
Preparation:

Build in a tumbler over ice with a splash of club soda, express the lemon peel, drop it in, and garnish with a cinnamon stick
