About this Cocktail

I created this for a Bärenjäger contest. I'll find out on the 22nd if I'm in the finals.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Bärenjäger
  • 1/2 oz. Domaine de Canton
  • 1/2 oz. Four Roses Bourbon
  • 1 oz. Brewed Chamomile Tea
  • 3 Sage Leaves (1 for garnish)
  • 1 Slice Gala Apple (cut into cubes)
Preparation:

Muddle 2 Sage leaves, apple, and tea in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and add all other ingredients. Shake vigorously and double strain over a chilled cocktail coupe. Garnish with a smacked Sage leaf.
