Created by Duggan McDonnell. I've seen differing recipes online: some with flamed orange peel, some with Peychaud's bitters, some with altered proportions. This one comes up a lot and makes a solid drink so it's the one I use. Honestly, though, it's good pretty much any way you put it together.
0.5 oz tawny port
1.5 oz Averna
1 oz Bourbon
Stir over ice until cold and slightly diluted, strain onto rocks, express oil from peel.
