Becher Negroni

About this Cocktail

This a cocktail Jamie Boudreau came up with in July of 2008. I like to drink this variation of the Negroni in the winter time because of the holiday flavors the Becherovka lends to it.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz. gin ( I used Beefeater)
  • 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth (Cizano)
  • 1/2 oz. Becherovka
  • Becherovka dust rimmed coupe
Preparation:

Stir first three ingredients with ice and strain into a coupe rimmed with Becherovka dust. Cheers.

Becherovka dust can be made by pouring 8oz. into a shallow pan and placed in a food dehydrator or just left out for a couple weeks to dry out.
