About this Cocktail

Prohibition era slang for 'The Best', 'The Bees Knees' is a classic prohibition era cocktail that we modernized a bit with Barr Hill Gin. Holy Moly this thing is good.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Barr Hill Gin
  • .75oz Lemon Juice
  • .5oz Honey Chamomile Syrup **
  • Garnish with Lemon Peel
Preparation:

*Add 1 bag of chamomile tea to half cup of hot water. Steep 5 minutes, then combine half a cup honey and stir until dissolved.

Build ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain & serve in coupe glass!

That Honey Chamomile Syrup is a nice touch! I will try that syrup with St. George Terroir.
