From the PDT cocktail book.

Ingredients:
  • 2.5 oz. Chamomile-Infused Barsol Quebranta Pisco
  • 1 oz. Masumo "Okuden" Junamai Sake
  • .5 oz. Bärenjäger Honey Liquer
Preparation:

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled St Germain Elderflower Liqueur-rinsed coupe.

Garnish with a lemon twist
