About this Cocktail
My own. The bitterness of the beet balance out the tartness of yuzu and finishes nice with sweetness of sour sugar.
2 oz Tanqueray
.5 oz fresh yuzu juice
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz beet juice
5 Thai basil leaves
Splash of simple syrup
Combine ingredients and shake. Rim glass with citric acid sugar.
