About this Cocktail
I love Grappa glasses, and always thought their bulb would be a perfect showcase for blackberries.
Blackberry, mint, gin and prosecco just made sense from there. It's a flirty drink with low alcohol content. Great for the start of a meal.
2 Ounces Elmo Pio Prosecco
1 Ounce Mint Simple Syrup
1 Bombay Sapphire-Soaked Blackberry
1 Fresh Mint Leaf
Soak 10-15 Blackberries in 4 ounces of Bombay Sapphire for 5-6 hours with 2 TBSP of sugar.
Twist fresh mint leaf to release natural oils and rim grappa glass
Place mint leaf and simple syrup in shaker with rocks for 10-15 seconds to chill, strain into dry cocktail shaker with Prosecco and gently stir
Spear blackberry a place in grappa glass
Pour rest of ingredient into glass and serve
