this cocktail let's the islay scotch shine without having it overpower.
3/4 oz oude genever
1/2 oz islay scotch
1/2 oz mezcal
1/4 oz maraschino liqueur
1 bar spoon absinthe
1/4 oz medjool date syrup
2 dashes of ew's coffee bitters
1 dash of ew's medjool date bitters
stir with with ice and strain over a large ice cube in a chilled rocks glass. garnish with a lemon twist.
