About this Cocktail

I made this cocktail for an italian restaurant thus the use Aperol. The restaurant was a spacious supper club so i had to put on the menu a cocktail made with tequilla and balance the blend of Espolon and Aperol with some fresh peac and vanilla notes.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 oz espolon reposado
  • 1/2 oz aperol
  • 1/2 oz vanilla bean syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes peach bitters
  • Dash egg white
  • Flamed orange peel
