About this Cocktail

Another cocktail from my drink menu right now. Obviously a take on a sazerac. But a little lighter.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz White whiskey
  • ¾ oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
  • 4 dashes peychaud's bitters
  • Absinthe
Preparation:

Combine whiskey, curaçao, and bitters in a mixing glass and stir. At this time rinse a coupe with absinthe. Strain into the glass, garnish with a lemon peel
