About this Cocktail
In honor of Rick Stutz (Kaiser Penguin blog and a big fan of J. Wray Rum) in 2011, I took Gregor de Gruyther's 2005 Nuclear Daiquiri and converted it into a Mai Tai of sorts.
1 oz Wray & Nephew Overproof White Rum
1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz Velvet Falernum
1/2 oz Curaçao or Triple Sec
1/2 oz Orgeat
1 oz Lime Juice
Shake with ice, strain into a rocks glass, fill with crushed ice and a spent 1/2 lime shell, add a straw, and garnish mint sprigs.
