About this Cocktail

I created this drink for the Fifth Annual Can-Can Classic. I didn't win but it has remained a favorite at my house. (My girlfriend came up with the name which means "sweet kiss".)

  • 1-3/4 oz. of Hendrick's Gin
  • 3/4 oz. St-Germain
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Rare Bird Raspberry Pear St-Germain Preserves

Shake gin, St-Germain, lemon juice and preserves in a shaker filled 3/4 full with ice.
Double-strain into a chilled couple-style glass.
Cut a wide strip of lemon zest. Squeeze the lemon zest overtop of the drink. Rub the zest around the rim of the glass and drop the lemon zest into the drink.
